Evaluation Questions

How does a GSI evaluation work?

Athletes complete technical and game-like activities while coaches assess skill, movement, communication, decision-making, effort, coachability and roster fit.

Where can I find current dates?

Use the evaluation inquiry form or official registration link supplied by GSI. Dates, age groups and campuses are published for each active evaluation window.

Are preparation clinics required?

No. Clinics can help an athlete become familiar with the environment and evaluation pace, but they do not guarantee placement.

What happens after the evaluation?

Coaches complete roster decisions and communicate offers or alternative development recommendations through official club channels.

What should an athlete bring?

Bring court shoes, knee pads, water, athletic clothing and any registration confirmation. Tell staff about injuries or participation limits before activity begins.
