Private Lesson Questions
Who are private lessons for?
Lessons can support developing, club, high-school and college-bound athletes. The coach adjusts pace and priorities to the athlete’s age, experience and goals.
How is the first lesson planned?
Share the athlete’s position, current level, recent challenges and desired outcome. The coach can then assess the skill and create a focused session plan.
Can two or more athletes train together?
Small-group training may be available when athletes have compatible ages, levels and goals. Include the group size in the inquiry.
How often should an athlete book?
Frequency depends on the goal, competition schedule and the athlete’s ability to practice between sessions. A coach can recommend an appropriate rhythm after the first session.
Can I request a specific coach?
You may include a coach preference. Assignment depends on expertise, position, campus and schedule availability.
