GSI Academy Questions

What grades does GSI Academy serve?

The academy is designed for student-athletes in grades 6–12. Final grade availability, enrollment capacity and course placement should be confirmed during the inquiry process.

How are academics and volleyball training scheduled?

Academic blocks, training, lunch, recovery and study time are coordinated into an athlete-centered day. Exact schedules vary by grade level and training group.

Are the courses NCAA eligible?

GSI’s academic plan is designed around NCAA-aligned core coursework. Families should review each athlete’s course plan and NCAA Eligibility Center requirements with the academy team.

Can Step Up For Students scholarships be used?

GSI accepts eligible Step Up For Students funding. Award type, covered expenses and availability vary by family, so approval should be confirmed before enrollment.

Does Academy enrollment include recruiting support?

College pathway guidance is part of the broader student-athlete experience, including academic planning, athlete profiles, video strategy and communication support as athletes approach recruiting age.
